BETSY ANN CHOCOLATES FUNDRAISERS ARE EASY TO DO, EASY TO SELL, AND BEST OF ALL, RAISE THE HIGHEST PROFITS!
We provide a color brochure and a two copy master sheet to each salesperson for taking orders. Orders are written on the color brochure and totaled, and then totals are transferred on to the master sheets. Both copies of the master sheet are then turned in to the organization chairperson. The chairperson then forwards both copies of the master sheet to Betsy Ann to have the orders filled. It is a good idea to tally all of the master sheets on to one master order prior to forwarding them, and include a copy of this tally with the master sheets. You may also want to make a copy of each individual master sheet for your records.
OUR FUNDRAISER FILLING TEAM CAREFULLY PACKS AND DOUBLE CHECKS EACH ORDER, TO MAKE SURE EACH ITEM GETS TO ITS FINAL DESTINATION IN PERFECT CONDITION.
Each package is marked with the salesperson’s name, and the number of packages included for their order. One copy of the master sheet is included with each salesperson’s order so they can review their order. To make distribution easier, orders can be marked with a code (such as, room no., grade, etc.). Prior to, or on the day of delivery we will provide a total of all the items sold including the cost to you and how much profit you have made. We will deliver your candy promptly on the day and time appointed for delivery. You may pay for your order prior to delivery, or have a cashier’s check ready to present to the delivery driver.
WE GUARANTEE TO PROMPTLY TAKE CARE OF EVERY PROBLEM TO YOUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION WITH NO HASSLES.
Each salesperson collects his or her order. The attached copy of their master sheet can be used to verify they have received exactly what they ordered. Salespersons should notify the organization chairperson as soon as possible with any discrepancies or mistakes. The chairperson should wait about a week to collect any and all mistakes and then notify Betsy Ann Chocolates. (The waiting week is to resolve all discrepancies at one time, which make it easier for you and us.)
WE DO HAVE AN ALLOWANCE FOR PRIZE PROGRAMS.
We do not force you into some prize program we offer. We encourage chairpersons to choose the prizes for their organization, because different prizes motivate different organizations. We believe you know best what will motivate your group. If a prize program is unnecessary, the allowance can be added as extra profits for your organization.
