Shipping Information

Orders received after 11:00am E.S.T. are usually shipped the following business day.  Two weeks prior to Christmas orders may take longer.

To determine how long it should take FedEx ground service to deliver a particular destination, please view the FedEx Map.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.  We ship to rural route numbers, however rural routes require a road name. For further information regarding shipping policies please call 412-931-4288.

Please be careful to provide correct shipping information.  Incorrect shipping information will be charged additional $12.00 per destination, as shipping must be done and paid twice.

Warm Temperature Shipping Policy: (Our chocolates are the highest quality, and sensitive to warm temperatures. This policy ensures chocolates arrive in perfect condition.)
April 1st thru October 31st - $8.00 is added to shipping charges on every order for a required insulated container and ice packs.  Containers are shipped to arrive within 48 hours.  States further than 2 days delivery from Pittsburgh must choose 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air.  Orders placed late in week that will not arrive prior to the weekend, ship the following Monday so as not be held in a warm warehouse over the weekend.  Regular shipping resumes November 1 thru March 31.  Areas of the country where temperatures remain above 72 degrees year round, must use insulated containers year round to insure good delivery.  Customers must take appropriate precautions when shipping to these areas, we are not responsible for chocolates melting.
Warm Area Alert: Contact us prior to shipping anywhere temperatures may be exceed 70 degrees, to order an insulated container.  Make sure someone will be available to accept package upon arrival, we are not responsible for packages left outside in the heat after delivery.
